Unlock The Secrets Of Clove Essential Oil

I often forget about Clove essential oil, it probably isn’t the first one that comes to mind as an all round good guy but that is what it is so let me tell you a bit more about this natural elixir to support your health and wellbeing.  Clove oil comes from a bud prior to blossoming, the clove tree is an evergreen and initially the flowers have a pale hue eventually turning green and they are harvested when they then turn red.
Now here is why it is so awesome as Clove contains the highest amount of antioxidants in a plant.  Antioxidants help support the body bringing it into balance and it is something we all will benefit from and not just our body also our mind too as it's very good from a spiritual level for clarifying what you don't want and clearing away emotional baggage it helps bring focus and determination helping you to attract what it is you want and repelling what you don't want.

Clove oil contains high levels of eugenol which is often implicated in cases of toxicity in small companion animals particularly cats however it can be used successfully,  the issue generally is with poor quality oils or synthetic constituents and of course appropriate use so do be mindful of this around your furry companions but don’t rule it out as it is safe to use just dilute for a hot oil.

Clove oil has a variety of health benefits and it's great for anything to do with the skin and supporting the immune system, probably best known for its support of our teeth and gums and its amazing cleansing properties.  An easy mouthwash is to add 1 drop clove oil to ¼ cup of water and swill round your mouth.  Or add a drop to your toothpaste when you brush - it is not for the faint hearted but once you do it a few times you will get used to it and love the way your mouth feels.

Clove oil is also very good for supporting the gastrointestinal tract so adding it into a capsule can be beneficial as well as helping to support metabolic processes too not to mention potential parasite repelling (useful for the dogs here or humans for that matter...) but it is known as a hot oil so you do have to make sure it's appropriated diluted but a drop mixed in with food for a few days is a great way to utilise it for its cleansing properties and remember to get a stool sample tested after too.

Clove is also very beneficial for the cardiovascular system however, the benefit also needs to be balanced as the constituents that make it beneficial can also hinder so it is mportant to note  if you are someone who has got a tendency for bleeding or on any anticoagulant therapy it is best to avoid it internally as it could promote bleeding and avoid for 3 days pre and post surgery.

Clove oil is very good to diffuse around the home again for supporting the immune system and seasonal and environmental threats, it you do need to be careful as it is a hot oil and can irritate the eyes of small animals - these diffuser blends are not just for Halloween and are suitable for your pets too.

The heat of the oil can also be useful for soothing our bodies or for helping us warm up before exercise or get those knees working after we get out of bed. Mix in a blend or just with some carrier oil.

Lastly, cleaning around the home, clove oil is well known for cleaning that pesky mould! Not kidding it really works now it might now get rid of the stain but it a bit of elbow grease and white vinegar.  Modern mould and mildew cleaners actually just bleach it but the mould spores remain but clove kills them!  And it is so easy to use!

Clove oils is so versatile for ourselves and around the home, definitely an essential oil that needs a bit more appreciation and more daily use in my opinion and enjoy this warm drink whilst you mull it over... did you like what I did there!
